Overnight Pager Call (PGY2/3s)

1. Download the "C4HSecure" app on your phone
2. Upon opening the app, it will ask for your username and password.
3. The normal username format is firstname.lastname
4. You can also enter your phone number into the username field
5. Enter only your username, and then hit “Forgot/reset password”
6. You will be sent a verification code to your phone. After inputting this, you will be prompted to reset your password

If need to reach the call center during after hours: call the clinic number (212)-659-8551 to be connected.

For help troubleshooting the C4H app, call (646) 517-3101 and press 9 and ask to speak to a supervisor or you can email the team 24/7 at mtsinaiafterhoursadmin@call4health.com for immediate assistance.

Call Timings:

Monday to Friday 5pm-8am

Saturday/Sunday and all HOLIDAYS 8am-8am

• Call on Sundays and holidays is from 8am-8am (the following day). Holidays are: July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, and Juneteenth.

1st on call is RESIDENT. Back up on call is ATTENDING. EXCEPT Saturday (when attending is the only one on call)
