Process for ordering labs to be done at Lapcorp
Order lab, select class as Outside Mount Sinai, sign the order and a generic lab requisition will print.
Write the patient's MRN and our Labcorp account number (31002025) on the requisition and give it to the patient. If the patient is not physically present, your AA can assist by printing and sending the requisition to your patient via mail or email.
Patient should bring the requisition form to Labcorp.
Results will populate in Epic
