1) Add patient to shared list in EPIC -- under Patient Lists, then "Shared Reminder Lists" = IMA COVID19 Vaccine Waiting List. If you don't see it, ask Victoria Bujac to share with you.
2) Front desk and call center can schedule vaccine appointments when they are available.
